Device Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, and Device ID for security and debugging purposes.

Provide the Service: Operating the app, verifying accounts, and storing your learning progress.

Product Improvement: Using anonymized data (stripped of personal identifiers) to train AI models and improve content quality.

3. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

3.1. Sharing with Group Managers (Important)

If you join a "Study Group" created by a Manager:

The Manager has access to your basic personal information and detailed learning results within that group (including scores, progress, attendance).
This sharing is a core feature of Retudy designed to serve internal training and competency evaluation of that organization/class.

3.2. Service Providers

We may share data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the service (such as cloud infrastructure providers, email services). These parties are authorized to process data only under Retudy's instructions and subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

3.3. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Retudy or users.

4. DATA SECURITY

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and strict access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
